Ancient Olympia is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the home of the original Olympics, and one of Greece's most atmospheric ancient sites. The Archaeological Museum of Olympia houses finds from the site, including a Praxiteles sculpture, and is one of the country's most important museums.

We will visit the Archaeological Site of Olympia and the Market of Ancient Olympia.
Olympia is the birthplace of the Olympic Games. You will admire the stunning view of the most famous monuments such as the ancient stadium, that hosted 40.000 spectators sited, the temple of Zeus and Hera’s and many more.
At Archaeological Museum of Olympia, Archaia Olympia, you will see the metopes from the temple of Zeus, the magnificent statue of Hermes of Praxiteles, the statue of Nike of Paionios and the helmet of Miltiades, a famous general from the Persian wars. You can also visit the Museum of the History of the games where you can learn more about how the Olympic games began and the sports that were included.
After that, we will visit Klio'sHoney Farm, Ilidas. Here you will learn a lot about the production of honey and have the chance to try it as well. We will stop for lunch in Olympia city in one of the local family restaurants.
Return to Athens with a stop at Corinth Canal for photos and fun!
